Shipping policy
Bright&Shiny ships worldwide by postal and courier services. Delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, selected shipping method, parcel weight, parcel size and availability of services.
Production and processing time
Some products may be available in stock, while others are produced after we receive your order. Please check the product page and availability information near the add-to-cart button before placing your order.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 working days after the order is placed, unless they are ordered together with made-to-order items.
Made-to-order, made-to-measure and customised products require production time before shipping. Production times shown on the website are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, the complexity of the order and other factors beyond our control.
We always try to complete orders as quickly as possible, but never at the expense of quality.
Orders containing multiple items
If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, we may ship the order together when all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed with us.
If you need separate shipping for available items and made-to-order items, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
We ship by postal services, courier services or other available delivery providers. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to postal workload, courier delays, customs processing, destination country procedures, holidays, strikes, war, weather, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number after the order has been shipped. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking updates and cooperating with the delivery service or customs authorities when required.
Shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address, including name, street address, house or apartment number, postal code, city, country, phone number and any other information required for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned parcels or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, postal handling fees or other charges in the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price paid to us. They are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
Bright&Shiny does not control customs charges, customs processing times or import decisions. We cannot predict or guarantee whether customs fees will apply or how much they will be.
The customer is responsible for providing any information requested by customs authorities and for paying any applicable import charges.
Customs delays
Customs processing may delay delivery. Such delays are outside our control and are not included in our production or delivery estimates.
If customs authorities request additional information about your parcel, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Refused, unclaimed or returned parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, returned due to unpaid customs fees, returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or returned because the customer did not cooperate with the delivery or customs process, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs, handling costs and any non-refundable fees.
If the returned product is eligible for refund under our Return and Refund Policy, these costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised and unsealed hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for refund even if the parcel is refused or returned.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at office@brightandshinystore.com with your order number and tracking information.
If the parcel is damaged, please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the parcel and damaged contents before discarding anything.
We will review the situation and, where applicable, assist with a postal or courier investigation. The outcome may depend on the delivery provider’s investigation, insurance rules and applicable law.
